Empowered resilience through connection, movement and breath
Allow me to facilitate your journey home to yourself.
Working with survivors of abuse, familial and domestic violence I provide curated programming, designed in collaboration with you, to meet you where you are at. Your individualised program provides a framework for self inquiry and a toolkit for self mastery enabling you to reconnect with yourself, recover who you truly are, and rebuild the sense of self you desire.
Let's return to a place of connection. Connection with ourselves. Connection with each other. Connection with the world. A place of excitement for what is possible.
Get out of your head.

Yoga is essentially a practice for your soul,
working through the medium of your body.

Acknowledgement of Country
I acknowledge the Kaurna People as the Traditional Custodians of the Country where I live, work and practice. I recognise their continuing connection to the land, waters and skies and thank them for protecting this coastline and its ecosystems since time immemorial. I acknowledge that they never ceded sovereignty of this beautiful place. I pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and extend that respect to all First Nations people.
Origins of the Practice
I acknowledge that the traditions and practices of Yoga have their origins in the people and lands of South Asia through the Sramana and Vedic traditions. I acknowledge the colonial legacy and racial inequality that exists in modern-day yoga. I pay my respects to the long lineage of Yogis who came before me and have gifted us with these healing practices. Through my teachings, I will strive to make cultural reparations and honour these ancient wisdom traditions.
